How it is  made: Our artists convert the design into CNC plasma cutting machine code and the image is cut from heavy 1/8″ thick steel. This is then hand ground to remove any rough edges. Mounting holes are provided for secure installation. It is then color treated and finished for a lifetime of enjoyment.
